Q. Why do I need to register to order a card?

A. Most importantly you need to register so that we have your details for sending your cards to you. Having an account also makes shopping quicker and more convenient for you. It allows you to keep your own private address book, important reminders, and your order history all in one place. Setting up an account is simple. You'll be asked to enter your email address, address details and password. Whenever you return to Fattypuff.com, after entering your e-mail address and password, you can enter into your account. Remember you can update any of your details by going into your account and making the relevant changes.

Q. What happens if I can't log onto my account?

A. When you want to access your account you will be asked to enter your e-mail address and password. If for any reason you cannot log into your account it is possible that you registered with a previous email address. Q. What happens if I forget my user name or password?

A. When you register, as a member you will have chosen a password - don't worry if you've forgotten it!
